2. Details & Quote: We'll confirm colors, materials, and provide you with a quote.

3. Deposit: If you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit secures your spot.

4. Creation & Updates: We'll keep you in the loop throughout the process, and you can make one major and one minor change for free.

5. Final Approval: Once your piece is complete, we’ll send photos for your approval.

6. Final Payment & Shipping: After your final payment is received, we’ll ship your beautiful, custom piece straight to you.
