Important Considerations

• Colour Variations: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the same tone/shade of the chosen colour as colours and tones can vary from different yarn batches.

• No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Additionally, colours may look different on various monitors and screens.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14  calendar days from the date you received your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at .

• Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Steps to Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at with a description explaining the fault/defect, how it impacts the quality/use of the product, and include photo(s) for assessment.

2. Assessment: We will assess the nature of the fault/defect to determine if it is due to a crafting or manufacturing fault.

   • If the defect/fault is determined to be due to misuse or lack of care by the customer, the exchange will be refused.

   • If the defect/fault is determined to be a manufacturing issue, we will exchange the product. The customer must pay the return shipping cost, which will be reimbursed upon receiving the product.

Conditions

• Original Condition: All goods must be returned in their original condition.

• Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Use of Sustainable Materials: Due to a wool allergy, we have explored alternative eco-friendly materials and discovered the benefits of using mill ends. Mill ends are yarn scraps from the yarn mill that would otherwise end up in landfill. By repurposing these materials, we not only reduce waste but also create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are both beautiful and environmentally responsible.

2. Handmade Production: At Stitched by avalon all of our products are handmade. Handmade production fosters ethical labor practices, providing fair wages and better working conditions compared to the often exploitative labor practices in fast fashion. Each item is crafted with care and minimal environmental impact compared to mass production methods.

3. Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use sustainable packaging materials that are either recyclable or biodegradable, reducing the environmental impact of our shipping process.
